The property sleeps 4. It has one king-sized bedroom, with ensuite wetroom and one flexible bedroom - offering either two singles or a double bed - with ensuite shower room. There is a fully fitted, well equipped kitchen/diner, with microwave, cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and washer dryer. A comfortable and spacious living room offers you the perfect place to sit and relax after a long day's holidaying and bi-fold doors onto the decking with outdoor furniture make for a real sense of space and luxury.

All heating, bedlinen and towels are included in your booking fee. There is also a log burner, so if you visit in the winter you can bring your own logs or source them locally to enjoy the beautiful warmth that it offers.

There is a cotton high chair for a small child and car parking for 2 cars.

The accommodation in non-smoking throughout.

There is a Freeview TV in every room and a DVD player in case you'd like to bring some films to watch.

Because it's our family holiday home, you'll find lots of extra touches, including games and toys, that you are welcome to use during your stay.

Free wifi is available in the Salty Dog, as well as in the onsite pub and we have good 3G phone signal on site.
